STORE POLICY

-Ballast Pointe Trading Company (BPTC) accepts the following forms of payment with valid identification: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash & Checks. All checks are subject to verification.

-Items may be returned for a full refund within seven (7) days of date of purchase with valid receipt. Refunds $500 or greater will be issued in the form of a check within ten (10) business days.

-No returns are accepted on upholstery.

-Custom Orders: A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required. Full payment is due prior to pick-up or delivery. All custom orders are final.

-All gift card purchases are non-refundable. Gift card purchases may be returned for store credit only; no cash/credit refund will be given. Gift cards expire 12 months from date of issue.

-All reduced-priced items are sold “as is” and the transaction is considered final.

-Should repair be requested, BPTC reserves the right to inspect merchandise in your home. Depending on the type of repair required, services may be performed in your home or at an appropriate workshop approved by BPTC. Repairs, replacements and/or refunds are at the discretion of BPTC.
